Office 4 Architecture is a full service firm founded in San Antonio, Texas. The firm is a realization of a vision to bring together a group of highly talented architects with broad experience in numerous project types who share a common vision for the built environment. Its principals include Frank Rascoe, AIA; Joe Neely, AIA; and Michael Rey, AIA. The principals have worked together for over 15 years, including their time at Jacobs (formally Carter/Burgess), where they provided the leadership for the architectural group in San Antonio. During their tenure with Jacobs, Frank Rascoe served the company as a National Design Principal while Joe Neely was the Architectural Director for the San Antonio office and Michael Rey the Lead Architect in San Antonio. Prior to Jacobs, each of the partners worked for award winning architectural practices both locally and nationally. |
